All dates are subject to our availability - Please note that these parties are exceptionally popular and dates do book up far in advance. We always suggest booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

• The venue. The party venue must either be your own home or a hired hall, or similar.
• Table for the cake decorating and chairs.
  
• Handwashing facilities.
• Party food.
• Any other entertainment.
• Please note we are not a registered childcare provider. At least one responsible adult must remain on site and present for the duration of the party
• If the party venue is more than 15 miles from RG41 5SA, additional travelling costs may be applied.

The price for 4 children (as a minimum) is £120.00

Each additional child (up to a maximum of 10 children in total) is priced at £15.00 per extra child

Once a date and time has been agreed upon, a 50% booking payment is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance of 50% is payable one week before the date of the party.

The Great Mini Bakesmith Party is an award nominated cupcake decorating party for children aged from 6 upwards and is a great and fun way to entertain your little party guests at home, with some creative and edible fun! 

Why not let us come and teach your little budding cake decorators how to create some spectacular looking (and tasting!) cupcakes, either to one of our pre-set themes, your own theme or just let them freestyle, with our supervision. The children get to take their cupcakes home at the end of the party, and there is even a trophy for the Star Prize for the winning cupcake creation.

We arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time to get everything set up ready for your guests when they arrive. We just ask you to supply the venue (your home or another venue, such as a hall), a table big enough for your guests to sit or stand around, chairs (if wanted) and handwashing facilities.

The children each receive 4 ready baked cupcakes for decorating.

We supply 2 different colours of buttercream and sprinkles and all the fondant and tools needed to create the cupcake designs.

Kerry, our Cake Artist, will spend one hour with the children teaching them how to pipe the buttercream, add sprinkles, and how to make some cupcake toppers our of fondant icing either to a pre-agreed theme or freestyle on the day.

As the end of the hour approaches, Kerry does a countdown (Bake Off style!) and then it's tools down.

The children go to wash their hands and Kerry judges the cupcakes. 

The children are then all gathered around the table, all the children are presented with a Certificate and the Star Prize is presented to the child with the most creative cupcake design, usually to lots of applause!

We then box up the cupcakes ready for the children to take home and clean up the mess, this usually takes around 15 minutes.

We then leave you to enjoy the rest of your party with your guests!
